Emma O'Rourke

Emma is a road and trail runner based in the Lake District. She has competed in half marathons, marathons, fell races and ultra races, podiuming or winning many races. She has always been involved in sport and has previously obtained triathlon and cycling coaching qualifications.

Emma has now turned her focus to run coaching, with particular interest in working with female athletes. She has an impressive list of qualifications to support her extensive experience:
